Between 9 and 11 September 2019, Ludwig Liagre was trained as a trainer on Climate Finance for Sector Experts (CliFiT4SE), following a training methodology developed by GIZ and Adelphi. “CliFiT4SE is a dynamic, interactive training approach to inform sector experts in developing countries and emerging economies about climate finance opportunities”.
