The Rio Impact team participated at the GLF event in Bonn, organized under the headline “Rights in the Landscape”. The conference highlighted the importance of recognizing “indigenous peoples and local communities as rights-holders and bearers of solutions within their own landscapes”. It was an opportunity to connect with many change makers working in the field of forest and landscape restoration, and to learn about tools and methods to build sustainable landscapes.
