After delivering a two days training on climate finance targeting key stakeholders of the Souss Massa region, Morocco, Ludwig Liagre facilitated a round-table of technical and financial partners to support implementation of the Climate Change Territorial Plan of the Souss Massa region. Based on the training and on the round-table, the regional institutions dispose of practical ideas on how to mobilize resources to finance the implementation of climate action projects and programmes in the region. Support for this activity is provided by the bilateral GIZ project “Environmental and Climate Governance”.
